Tour des Canadiens 3 owners will enjoy exclusive Special Privileges not available in any other condominium in Montreal, including advance game tickets, Canadiens merchandise, discounts at the Tricolore store, and more. Here are some of the exclusive privileges of owning at Tour des Canadiens 3:

• Premium Welcome Gift from the Montreal Canadiens to every purchaser.
• Gala BBQ party for purchasers where the Canadiens mascot will put in a special appearance.
• The first 300 purchasers will get first opportunity to buy a ten-game pack of tickets at the start of the season.
• Every purchaser will get advance opportunity to buy one (1) pair of tickets for one (1) game every season.*
• Access to pre-sales on concert and event tickets (subject to availability).*
• Special offers on the purchase of a pair of tickets for access to a Bell Centre suite (subject to availability) with access limited to Condominium Occupants. *
• Discount of fifteen percent (15%) at Tricolore Sports Team Store.*
• Random drawings among all Condominium Units every season for the following:

• Use of one (1) suite for a pre-season game every season*
• Tickets for four (4) seats behind the Canadiens bench for a pre-season game*
